Tool chest manufacturers like Snapon, Cornwell, MAC, Shure, Matco, and Homak spend thousands of dollars every year at trade shows to demonstrate their products. And while the onslaught of traffic exposes their wares to the public, the public wears the product surfaces when touching and testing the durability.

This month CFT Films proudly salutes USA manufacturer, Shure Manufacturing Corporation. Shure Manufacturing was founded in 1941 by Joe Richardson and Samuel Shure as a metal working shop that created war related products during WWII. At the time, the main product rolling off the assembly line was airplane parts, fire extinguishers and stove cabinets. When the war ended and peace ensued, Shure Manufacturing was contracted by General Motors to forge high-quality, enamel finished workbenches, cabinets, merchandise displays and desks. The success continued to steam roll with national accounts like Shell Oil, Texaco, Conoco, Firestone, and Chrysler jumping on board with Shure Manufacturing for branded products of their own. Since then, Shure’s product lines have developed and expanded into new markets.

The company currently engineers and manufactures high quality, professional workbenches, tool storage, storage cabinets, transmission benches, technician carts, transaction / service cabinets and various shop equipment. With a Richardson still at the helm of the family business, Shure continues to know only success. Distinction and credit to Andrew Richardson and his team for leading the company into a new era.

From the heartland of America over the last 80 years, Shure Manufacturing has provided a home for the tools of the automotive mechanic. Now in 2018, CFT Films looks to form an alliance and provide top quality surface protection film to preserve and safeguard their workbenches and tool housing units.

The painted drawers receive lots of scratches from hand traffic which creates constant wear. The brushed metal aluminum surface get scratched when used as demo stations for the buyers to view, test, and touch. Fingerprints mar the brushed metal aluminum surfaces and cannot be removed without constant polishing. CFT Films protects the finish, protects the paint, is fingerprint resistant and easily wipes off with soap water or microfiber versus abrasive polish. The surface receives a brilliant luster and depth bringing the surface to a naturally vibrant look.

Mechanics have a saying, “Tools are an investment. If you don’t have tools, you don’t have a job.”
CFT Films has a saying, “Protect your investment, and you will always have a bright future. Job, tools, and valuables will be there when you need them when protected with CFT’s Surface Protection Film!”
